Diet and Detoxification
- Eliminate Refined Sugars – use Stevia (a sweetener without sugar that is actually good for you.

- Avoid coffee, drink green tea which has one quarter of the caffeine and has a calming effect and has powerful anti-oxidants.
- Reduce your glycemic load: these are carbohydrates and sugars
- Drink alkaline water
- Reduce or eliminate these foods from your diet:
Dairy Products
Bad fats (found in cooking oils, margarine and shortening) these encourage inflammation, a major contributor to heart disease.
Meats and large fish (like tuna and shark) have build ups of mercury, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides and other contaminates especially the fat.
- Increase intake of these foods: good fats, found in fish (like wild salmon), flaxseed, “extra virgin” olive oil, nuts, or in supplements like fish oil. These inhibit inflammation.
Vegetables (especially green leafy and colorful) and small quantities of fruits.
- Restrict caloric intake and increase fiber.
- See guidelines in Ray Kurzweil’s Book: "Fantastic Voyage - How to live long enough to liver forever".

Exercise of Body and Mind
- Getting your heart to your “target pulse rate” for 10-20 Minutes
Best: Walking 3-5 Times a Week – it is safe and effective.
- Weight Resistance Exercise: Start very light and go “Super Slow” to avoid injury.
4 upper body and 4 lower body exercises 3 times a week.
- Most of all: Move! – Don’t just sit there! Yes, take the steps instead of the elevator.
- Keep the brain active, it has been proven that you can expand your brain’s capacity by using it!
- Mentally challenge yourself, in the workplace, study, puzzles, chess, video games, etc.
- Combine physical with mental: Games like table tennis provide physical activity, hand and eye co-ordination as well as forcing the brain to make decisions in a fraction of a second.
Nutritional Supplementation
- Many people have the idea that the RDA (the FDA’s “Recommended Daily Allowance”) is the authority for what you need everyday.
- It is a personal, educated decision that each person must make as to what daily supplements to intake.
- Eating properly does not give you everything you need.
- Farming “advances” have depleted farmlands and most foods are deficient in essential nutrients.
- Cooking, storage and preservation decrease nutrients in foods.
- Ask your doctor? You should….but don’t count on his answer being correct.
- Someday tiny nano-bots (nano sized
robots) will float through the blood stream delivering all the nutrients that each part of the body needs, in just the correct quantities, based on each persons genetic make-up.
These nano-bots will also be able to deliver medication to exact
locations in precise doses.
- We recommend the guidelines in Kurzweil’s book: Fantastic Voyage
Avoidance of Chemical Contamination
- Columbia University School of Public Health reports that 95% of cancer is caused by diet and environmental toxicity.
- Buy a really good air filter. EPA studies of human fat biopsies found styrene residue in 100% of people.
Exposure to styrene is most likely to occur from
breathing indoor air that is contaminated with styrene vapors from
building materials and
tobacco smoke.
- Drink and store foods and beverages in glass, not plastic.
According to the EPA, our bodies accumulate 210mcg of just plasticizers (phthalates) everyday.
- Studies show that most of us have between 400 and 800 chemical residues stored in the fat cells of our bodies.
- A USA Today article indicates that the average city water contains more than 500 chemicals.
- Stop Smoking and avoid second hand smoke.
- Reduce alcohol consumption and eliminate recreational drugs.
- Purify the air in your house with a high quality air cleaner and remove chemical producing items especially cleaning agents, use vinegar and water instead.
- Purify the water you put into your body.
- Drink more alkaline water.
- By detoxification of your body you can help rid it of metals, chemicals, prescription drug and “over the counter” drug build up in the liver.
- Increase your intake of anti-oxidants.
- These defeat “free radicals” which have been proven to age the body and cause internal inflammation.
- Reduce intake of meats and large fish like tuna and shark.
- If you can move your work to your home environment, do it!
- We recommend the guidelines in Kurzweil’s book: Fantastic Voyage
Stress Reduction
- Don’t be angry. Think
positively.
- Be a friendly person with a smile.
- Don’t store bad energy, roll with the punches, bend in the wind, let it out, count to 10.
- Work hard and allow time to relax.
- Get plenty of sleep, for most people that is 8 hours each night.
- Consider use of techniques of quietness, either by personal breathing and quietness and visualization or use biofeedback or learn Yoga or meditation.
- Other relaxations therapies include: listening to music, massage, aromatherapy, and acupuncture.
- Exercise also reduces stress.
- Have a loving relationship with another human being.
- Pets are a good influence and reduce stress.
Compassion
- What good is life if it is life-less?
- What good is being human with out humanity?
- Don’t give in to the notion that it is a selfish motive to help others.
- Really care about the world, your community, your family, your friends and yourself.
- Give of yourself and you will get back much more in return.
- Do something daily to make the world better. It is better to give than to receive.
- Follow the age old Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would do unto yourself.
Change Your Thinking: Confidence – Discipline – Believe
- Open you mind to possibilities.
- You can change the neural pathways in your brain by thinking “outside the box.”
- Have the personal discipline to carry out your plan.
- Walk with your head high and believe in yourself.
- The power to change is within yourself.
- If you believe it you can do it.
Look into the "Law of Attraction".
Avoidance of Accidental Death and Maiming
- Accidents kill 105,695 in the US yearly and maim many more.
- The number one maiming event and killer is Auto Accidents
- So drive less, buckle up, don’t drink and drive, or use your cell phone while driving and drive defensively.
- Don’t take unnecessary risks but live a full exciting life.
- Stay out of the hospital! Studies show that more people die every year in
the U.S. from infections obtained after they are admitted to a hospital
than all of the deaths from auto-accidents, breast cancer and AIDS
combined!
Stay Educated and Don’t Get Sick
- Wash your hands.
- Wash your hands again.
- Only have surgery as a last resort.
- Stay away from the hospital, see above
reference about infections obtained in the hospital.
- Keep up on medical advances by reading books, magazines, newsletters and the Internet.
- When you visit your physician, remember that he/she has hundreds of patients. Go armed with knowledge.
- Have accumulated aging damage repaired and use preventive medicine when therapies become available.
Spread the Word!
- Tell others about the concept of Life Extension.
- Only by increasing the number of people interested in this subject will the funding grow and move the political leaders to act.
- It is a difficult subject to discuss and you should
not push your ideas on anyone, just spark their interest.
- You would be negligent if you did not share life saving information your friends, family and co-workers.
- We are talking about saving lives here, not just yours. When we save a person from drowning, we are just extending their life.
- Help advance technological breakthroughs by contributing your time, talent, or through donations to projects like the “Methuselah Mouse Prize”.

Other People have plans too:
When I asked my doctor about life extension, he said "I just want to live until
my children are raised and then “check out!"
My good friend tells me: “I don’t want to live past 70”.
Our Opinion:
Their “plans” will be realized!
Our suggestion:
Follow our plan or at least get educated and create your own plan!
What's your Plan?
