• Phosphatidylcholine (PtC) is flexible phospholipid that serves as a major component of the cell membrane. 

• PtC is found in higher concentrations in younger people, particularly in brain tissue, and, as a normal part of the aging process, the amount of PtC in the cell membrane decreases, which is an important aging process. 

• By taking supplemental PtC, you can reverse the age-related decline of PtC in your cell membranes and keep it at a youthful level.
  

• PtC has numerous medical applications and is a commonly used medication in Europe and has been approved for both oral and intravenous use by the German equivalent of the FDA. 

• Phosphatidylcholine assists the liver with detoxification and is used in cases of serious liver disease such as cirrhosis. 

• Studies have found that PtC improves the memory of mice with dementia and can aid memory and learning in normal human subjects. 

• PtC also been used along with Apo A/1 Milano to help remove cholesterol from the arterial walls.
  

• Dosage: 2-4 capsules per day. Daily amount can be divided and taken throughout the day.
